Please note: Nearly all of our products are digital download editions and not physical products. As such, you will receive an email with download and licensing instructions once your order is completed by us. For these downloadable products, no physical product will be shipped to you.

Please note: Most products include a 15 to 30 day trial period once installed. In order to get the full license period you paid for, you must activate the software using a license/product/activation code that we send you to your email address within 24 hours of your purchase. If the software tells you it will expire soon, DO NOT PANIC! You will simply just need to add the license code to the software to activate the full license period purchased.

Why does the program say I only have x days instead of 1 year?

As mentioned above, all software we sell includes a free trial period when you install the product. In order to enable the full subscription period, you will need to activate the product with the Product Key. Generally when you activate the software with the Product Key, any remaining free trial time is cancelled, so we recommend waiting to activate the software until the trial period is just about to expire in order to maximize your subscription period (e.g. 13 months protection for the price of 12).

For popular in-stock consumer products, we generally fulfill the order within a few minutes during business hours (West Coast USA) after it has been reviewed by a member of our staff. Orders placed late in the day may be processed within an hour or otherwise will be completed the following morning. Please note that it may take up to 1 to 2 business days to process your order if you purchased a corporate product or we are experiencing extreme demand for a particular product today. If there are any issues with your order or payment, this may be delayed.

It is important to provide accurate contact information so that we can address any problems with your order in a timely manner. If your purchase has an associated download, you can go to the account downloads page to view them. Licensing information (product keys) may be found on either the order page or the download page after your order has been fully processed and you receive the order update email.
